Any AI agent, autonomous system, or automated process registered in AgentSigna with a sponsor, risk tier, and operational identity. The count reflects agents that can submit authority requests — not passive observers.

Authority case

A single authorization request submitted for underwriting

Each time a registered agent submits an action for policy evaluation — procurement, vendor interaction, data access, financial commitment — that is one authority case. Idempotent retries of the same key are never double-counted.

Governance tier

The controls, connectors, and compliance features your plan includes

Approval workflows, procurement connector access, audit exports, SLA guarantees, and custom policy templates are tier-gated — not per-use charges. Starter gets the core platform. Pro and Enterprise unlock the operational and compliance layers.

Is there a free trial?

No public free trial. We offer a $499 paid pilot — 30 days of full access with hands-on onboarding on a real scenario. The $499 credits toward any annual plan. This keeps the pilot meaningful for both sides.

What happens if I exceed my monthly case limit?

We contact you before we restrict anything. For occasional overages on Starter or Pro, we work with you. For teams consistently exceeding limits, upgrading to the next tier is the right call. We do not silently block production workflows.

Can we add more users without upgrading?

Viewer seats are unlimited on every plan. Admin and approver role counts are capped per tier, but the limit is generous — it covers most real team structures. If you need more operational roles, Pro or Enterprise will cover you.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed upfront at the yearly price, which is equivalent to roughly two months free compared to monthly billing. Annual is the preferred path for production deployments — it aligns with how procurement-oriented buyers structure contracts.

Do you support procurement or purchase order payment?

Yes. Enterprise contracts can be structured as annual purchase orders with net-30 or net-60 payment terms. Contact us at pilot@agentsigna.com to arrange.

What counts as a "machine actor" against my limit?

Any registered agent with ACTIVE status in your organization. Agents you SUSPEND or REVOKE do not count against your active limit. You can rotate agents freely — only active, operational ones are metered.
